"On May 15, 2025, the Competition Board launched a preliminary inquiry into Hemel Boya Kimya ve Sanayi AŞ. The investigation concerns allegations that the company violated Article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection by fixing sales prices of resellers and/or restricting their online sales. The Board found sufficient evidence to warrant an investigation, as per decision no 2523/548-M taken during its meeting on June 26, 2025."
