Brief

On 27/02/2025, the Competition Board took a decision to launch an investigation under Article 41 of the Act no 4054 on Apple, Support Information, Easycep, Getmobil and HB Information. The investigation aims to determine whether Apple fixed resale prices and/or campaign conditions of Apple brand products and coordinated buyback prices for these products offered by undertakings in the buyback market through the aforementioned companies.
