Brief

On July 11, 2024, the Turkish Competition Board decided to launch an investigation against 14 undertakings operating in the seed market. The undertakings in question include companies such as AD Rossen Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Sakata Tarım Ürünleri ve Tohumculuk San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., among others, for allegedly violating Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by engaging in anti-competitive practices.
