On December 27, 2024, the Turkish Competition Authority concluded an investigation into Kadıoğlu Kırtasiye Pazarlama Ticaret AŞ. The authority found that the company violated Article 4 of the Act No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition by determining sale prices and restricting online sales for its resellers. As a result, administrative fines will be imposed on the undertaking. The decision is dated December 27, 2024, and numbered 24-56/1246-534, with further details to be notified later and subject to appeal before Ankara Administrative Courts.
