On 14.08.2025, the Competition Board initiated an investigation into certain undertakings, associations of undertakings, and a consulting firm operating in the shipbuilding sector for violating Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition. The investigation concerns allegations of exchanging competitively sensitive information, wage fixing, engaging in no-poaching agreements, and facilitating their formation and maintenance. This investigation was prompted by significant suspicions of competition restriction found during a preliminary inquiry.
