The Competition Board has concluded an investigation into claims that certain private schools in Ankara violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition. The Board found that Aydin Yayinclik ve Egitim Hizmetleri AS, ESS Egitim Hizmetleri AS, and five other undertakings did not breach Article 4 of the Act, and therefore, no administrative fines were imposed. Additionally, two parties settled and were fined for the same violation. The decision dated 07.12.2023 and numbered 23-56/1120-398 is subject to appeal before Ankara Administrative Courts.
