Summary:

On December 15, 2023, the Italian Minister of Labor and Social Policies, Marina Calderone, signed Decree no. 156, which approves the provisions for Useful Projects for the Community (PUC) targeting beneficiaries of the Inclusion Allowance and Support for Training and Employment, as per article 6, comma 5 bis of decree-law no. 48 of 2023. The decree outlines the forms and characteristics of PUC, modalities of implementation, health and safety obligations, and includes detailed provisions in the attached Annex 1.
