"On May 13, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's official visit to China strengthened cooperation in Industrial Property between Brazil and China. The National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) signed two memorandos of understanding with China, including one with the Chinese National Administration for Intellectual Property (CNIPA), focusing on cooperation in intellectual property protection and economic growth."
