Information Regulator presents developments on high-level PAIA cases, non-compliance by public bodies, and progress on POPIA matters

"On Wednesday, 11 September 2024, the Information Regulator will hold a press briefing to share progress and developments on high-level PAIA cases, non-compliance by public bodies, and POPIA matters. The briefing will cover Enforcement Notices, investigations into Big Tech companies, and reporting requirements in terms of section 32 of PAIA, as well as updates on the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and International Day for Universal Access to Information (IDUAI) event."
