On 26/02/2025, the Fair Work Commission issued an update regarding Information published about unfair deactivation and other new functions. The Closing Loopholes No. 2 Act has introduced new powers to deal with disputes, including unfair deactivation and termination of regulated workers, and changing from casual to full-time or part-time employment under the employee choice pathway. New model terms for enterprise agreements have also been made.
