Industry Standards on Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has introduced industry standards for Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations) to enhance transparency and compliance in the disclosure of material events or information by listed entities. These standards were formulated by the Industry Standards Forum (ISF) in collaboration with ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CII, and stock exchanges. Listed entities must adhere to these standards to ensure compliance with Regulation 30.
