"On 08/04/2025, the Federal Public Ministry (Minist�rio P�blico Federal � MPF) issued an update regarding "Indigenous April: TRF1 reaffirms condemnation for hate speech against indigenous people in the Amazon". The Tribunal Regional Federal da 1� Regi�o (TRF1) maintained a conden��o of a man, administrator of Facebook pages, for publishing discriminatory content and inciting hatred against the Kagwahiva Tenharim indigenous people. He was ordered to pay R$ 30 mil for collective moral damages."
