On 27/03/2025, the National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) issued an update regarding Incorporations to the Argentine Food Code - Inal. The updates include the incorporation of new enzymes, alcaparrón, chile ajÃ, and chile habanero as vegetables, mostaza and aderezo at base of mostaza with a maximum sodium limit, and pimienta de canelo as an spice to the Argentine Food Code.
