In the Murmansk region, the court granted the prosecutor’s statement to establish the fact of the genocide of the peoples of the Soviet Union, prepared on behalf of the Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov

"On "22/02/2023", the "Murmansk Regional Court" issued an update regarding "Murmansk region, the court granted the prosecutor’s statement to establish the fact of genocide of the Soviet people". The court recognized the crimes committed by German fascist invaders and their accomplices in the region during World War II as military crimes and crimes against humanity. This decision was made based on evidence presented by the prosecution, including documentation of mass bombings, forced labor, and atrocities committed against Soviet soldiers."
