Следственными органами СК России по Карачаево-Черкесской Республике завершено расследование уголовного дела в отношении генерального директора коммерческой организации. Он обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 199 УК РФ (уклонение от уплаты налогов в особо крупном размере).
По данным следствия, с 2019 по 2021 год генеральный директор фирмы по строительству и ремонту автомобильных дорог уклонился от уплаты налога на добавленную стоимость, представив в налоговый орган декларации, содержащие заведомо ложные сведения. Общая сумма задолженности составила более 93 млн рублей.
После возбуждения уголовного дела обвиняемый скрылся от органов следствия и выбыл за пределы РФ, в связи с чем был объявлен в международный розыск. По ходатайству органа следствия судом ему заочно избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. В ноябре 2024 года фигурант задержан на территории города Минеральные Воды Ставропольского края и заключен под стражу.
В целях возмещения причиненного ущерба и исполнения приговора в части возможного назначения штрафа судом по ходатайству органа следствия наложен арест на имущество и денежные средства обвиняемого.
Собранная в ходе следствия доказательственная база признана достаточной для направления уголовного дела в суд с утвержденным обвинительным заключением.
