Brief

SUMMARY

A security advisory has been issued by Mitsubishi Electric regarding multiple vulnerabilities affecting their Factory Automation products. The vulnerabilities, rated CVSS v3 7.5, could allow an attacker to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. The affected products include GT SoftGOT2000, OPC UA Data Collector, MX OPC Server UA, OPC UA Server Unit, and FX5-OPC. Recommendations include updating software to specific versions, restricting access to untrusted networks, using firewalls and virtual private networks, and avoiding the use of untrusted certificates.
