Helping 40,000 more Canadian students find economy-driving work placements sooner

On 21/03/2025, the Employment and Social Development Canada issued an update regarding "Helping 40,000 more Canadian students find economy-driving work placements sooner". The additional 40,000 work-integrated learning opportunities through the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) will help post-secondary students develop career skills and transition to employment. This initiative supports economic growth by providing students with hands-on experience and relevant skills in various sectors across Canada.
