Green Industry Investment Tax Credit (C3IV) comes into force

The C3IV (Credit Impu00f4t pour les Investissements dans l'Industrie Verte) is a new tax credit in France aimed at supporting the development of the green industry. Introduced as part of the Industry Green Law, it aims to encourage the financing of industrial projects in four key areas: batteries, wind power, solar panels, and heat pumps. The credit is designed to support the entire production chain, from the production of essential equipment and components to the production or valorization of critical raw materials. The C3IV is expected to generate u20ac23 billion in investments and create 40,000 direct jobs by 2030, while reducing CO2 emissions by 35 million tonnes.
