Government response to OEP report: progress in improving the natural environment in England

On 14/01/2024, the Office for Environmental Protection published its Progress in improving the natural environment in England report. The government is required to respond to this report as part of its duties to monitor and report on environmental improvement plans and targets. This response addresses each recommendation made by the OEP to improve progress in improving the natural environment in England.
