By presidential decree, Gau00eblle Dumortier, a senior judge at the French Administrative Supreme Court (Conseil du2019u00c9tat), has been appointed to the Board of the Autoritu00e9 de la concurrence. This appointment replaces Bu00e9atrice Bourgeois-Machureau, who resigned to become the President of the French Anti-Doping Agency (Agence franu00e7aise de lutte contre le dopage - AFLD) on July 30, 2023.

By decree of the President of the French Republic of 4 January 2024 , Gaëlle Dumortier, senior judge at the French Administrative Supreme Court (Conseil d’État), has been appointed to the Board of the Autorité de la concurrence, as one of its appointees drawn from current or former members of the French Administrative Supreme Court
