Further updated rules and guide for energy code modification appeals

On 15/01/2025, the Competition and Markets Authority issued an update regarding Further updated rules and guide for energy code modification appeals. The CMA adopted new rules and guidance to replace prior ones, taking into account changes to the Energy Act 2004 introduced by the commencement of section 201 and Schedule 14 of the Energy Act 2023. Revisions were made following consultations with interested parties on proposed changes to the draft updated rules and guide.
