Brief

"On July 11, 2024, the Federal Trade Commission issued an update regarding FTC Sends More Than $536,000 in Refunds to Consumers Deceived by Misleading Ads for Sobrenix “Anti-Alcohol Craving” Supplement. The FTC is sending refunds to consumers who bought Sobrenix, a supplement marketed with unsubstantiated claims that it could reduce and eliminate alcohol cravings. The defendants, Rejuvica and its owners, Kyle Armstrong and Kyle Dilger, made numerous false claims using paid endorsers in deceptively formatted advertising."
