FSC:  Measures taken as a result of investigation and supervision of business reports – Measures decided at the 21st Financial Services Commission 

On December 11, 2024, the Financial Services Commission held its 21st meeting and decided to impose fines on three companies, including Secure Letter Inc., for violating accounting processing standards. The commission also fined audit firms for violating auditing standards. The total fine imposed on Secure Letter Inc. was KRW 2,384.1 billion, while individual executives were fined KRW 10.3 billion. Other companies and individuals fined included La Henneu Resort Co., Ltd. (KRW 38.5 billion), Taeyoung Accounting Firm (KRW 14 billion), and Dukam Tech Co., Ltd. (KRW 49.1 billion).
