"On January 25, 2024, Mahdi Mohammad Sadeghi and Mohammad Abedini were charged with conspiring to export sophisticated electronic components from the United States to Iran. The charges also include providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization, specifically the IRGC, which resulted in the deaths of three U.S. service members killed by an Iranian drone attack on a military base in Jordan."
