The CNV has modified the criteria and deadlines for presenting information to improve transparency and facilitate market access. The new regime simplifies reporting requirements by only requiring updates when changes in shareholding reach multiples of 5%. A 10-day timeframe is established for investors to prepare presentations, eliminating the need for immediate reporting. The electronic submission system will reduce costs and streamline compliance."
