"On September 15, 2020, five defendants were charged with conspiring to fix prices, rig bids, and allocate jobs for ready-mix concrete in the greater Savannah, Georgia area. The defendants, including four executives and a corporation, pleaded guilty or were convicted of their roles in the conspiracy. As a result, Gregory Hall Melton received 41 months in prison, while John David Melton received 26 months in prison.
