"On August 28, 2025, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued an update regarding Felber Forestal S.A.: suspected offer to the public of preferred shares without the required prospectus. The BaFin suspects that Felber Forestal S.A. is offering securities to the public in Germany through preferred shares, but has not published a required prospectus, potentially violating Article 3(1) of the EU Prospectus Regulation."
