Federal Revenue highlights social and environmental benefits during the Week of Sustainable Disposal of Seized Goods

On December 3, 2024, the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) highlighted its efforts to promote sustainable disposal practices during the Week of Sustainable Disposal of Seized Goods. The initiative aimed to transform seized goods into useful resources for society and the environment, minimizing environmental impacts and maximizing social and economic benefits through recycling, reuse, and donation of goods such as electronics, clothing, and materials.
