"On April 29, 2025, the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) published Instructional Normative RFB nº 2.263/2025, extending the deadline for submitting the Final Estate Declaration and the Country's Definitive Departure Declaration. The new deadline also applies to the payment of the income tax calculated in these declarations, which has been extended from April 30 to May 30, 2025."
