"On December 6, 2024, the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) issued an update regarding federal revenue clarifies information on the deadline for regularizing debts for those opting for Simples Nacional and Simei. According to the update, contribuintes who received a Termo de Exclusão do Simples Nacional and failed to regularize their debts within 30 days will be excluded from the regime simplificado, effective January 1, 2025."
