Federal inspectors find Missouri roofing contractor allowed employees to work without fall protection, leading to young worker’s fatal injuries

On March 27, 2023, an 18-year-old employee of Troyer Roofing & Coatings, a Missouri contractor, fell over 22 feet from a roof and died from injuries sustained in the fall.
