"On August 01, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority issued an update regarding FCA opens retail access to crypto ETNs. Under changes announced by the FCA, firms will soon be able to give retail consumers access to crypto exchange traded notes (cETNs), which must be traded on an FCA-approved investment exchange and comply with consumer duty rules."
