"On March 4, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority issued an update regarding FCA bans former Credit Suisse executives following US criminal convictions. Andrew Pearse and Surjan Singh, former managing directors at Credit Suisse, were banned from the UK financial services industry for lacking integrity after pleading guilty to US convictions for arranging corrupt loans to the Republic of Mozambique in 2019. The FCA imposed a £145m fine on Credit Suisse as part of a global settlement."
