On 31/10/2024, the Financial Conduct Authority issued an update regarding FCA and PSR Boards appoint new chair to decision-making committees.

Alison Potter has been appointed as the new chair of the FCA's Regulatory Decisions Committee (RDC) and the PSR's Enforcement Decisions Committee (EDC), effective 1 November 2024.

She brings over 30 years of experience as a barrister working in commercial law, specializing in financial services and regulatory law.
