On June 01, 2025, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property issued an update regarding Favorable attitude: what developments are patented by child inventors. Since the beginning of 2025, underage individuals have registered 14 patent applications for inventions and utility models, compared to 21 in the entire previous year, with devices for diagnosing and correcting vision, sleep management, fruit collection, and improved skate blade quality being among the most notable developments.
