Brief

On January 4, 2024, FedEx personnel in Irvine, California, discovered an undeclared and improperly packaged shipment of lithium-ion batteries from Seoul to Los Angeles. The FAA alleges that LG Energy Solution, the shipper, violated hazardous materials regulations.
