Extension of the INAIL policy for former RDC beneficiaries and SFL beneficiaries participating in the PUC

Summary:

On September 12, 2023, the adoption of the Director-General's Decree No. 272 of September 4, 2023 was announced. The decree extends the INAIL insurance policy to: (1) recipients of the Citizens' Allowance (Reddito di cittadinanza) who wish to participate voluntarily in Community Utility Projects (PUC) for a period not exceeding six months, and (2) recipients of Support for Training and Employment who request to participate voluntarily in PUCs while awaiting the definition of the decree referred to in article 6, paragraph 5-bis of Law Decree No. 48/2023. The Note also provides operational guidelines to GePI platform PUC Responsible Officers.
