Extension of the expansion of financing for SMEs in the capital market through FCIs and FFs

On 23/12/2024, the National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores, CNV) issued an update regarding Extension of the expansion of financing for SMEs in the capital market through FCIs and FFs. This update modifies the previous RG N° CNV 997 and RG N° 1019, allowing a higher percentage of contributions from SMEs to FCIs and FFs, increasing it to 40% until 30/06/2025.
