"On November 2, 2025, the Environment Agency issued an update regarding Extended Producer Responsibility for Packaging (pEPR) producer data requirements: RPS 330. The regulatory position statement clarifies that producers must report national of sale and self-managed organisational waste data in line with the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024 to the Environment Agency, without normal enforcement action for non-compliance."
