On "05/11/2024", the "Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology" issued an update regarding "Expression of Interest (EOI) Industry/ Individuals Partnership for Mentorship under IndiaAI Mission".
The IndiaAI Mission aims to bolster India's global leadership in AI, foster technological self-reliance, and ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment. The mission seeks industry partners to collaborate with IndiaAI by providing mentorship to students sponsored under the IndiaAI FutureSkills pillar.
Industry mentors will play a crucial role in shaping students' academic and professional journeys, helping them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The selected industry partners will be expected to provide regular mentorship sessions, enhance trainer expertise, strengthen student capabilities, share industry insights, offer technical support, facilitate networking opportunities, and provide career guidance.
The objective of this EOI is to identify and engage industry partners who can provide mentorship, guidance, and real-world insights to students.
