Export Administration Regulations: Revisions to Space-Related Export Controls, Including Addition of License Exception Commercial Space Activities (CSA)

On October 24, 2024, the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security issued an update regarding Export Administration Regulations: Revisions to Space-Related Export Controls, Including Addition of License Exception Commercial Space Activities (CSA). This update revises and adds new sections to parts 740 and 774 of the Export Administration Regulations. The revisions include updates to ECCNs 9A515, 9C515, 9D515, and 9E515 to reflect changes in space-related export controls. Additionally, a new license exception, License Exception Commercial Space Activities (CSA), has been added to part 740 of the Export Administration Regulations.
