These revisions bring about changes to the Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) 9A515, 9D515, and 9E515, which govern exports of certain space-related items. The updated regulations provide clearer guidelines on license requirements for spacecraft, software, and technology related to these items, including specific components, accessories, and attachments.
