On "24/09/2024", the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority issued an update regarding "Exclusion clauses: ACPR calls on insurance organizations to review all of their insurance contracts". The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) has identified exclusion clauses in over 100 insurance contracts for damages, which were often censored by the Court of Cassation.
