Energy performance upgrades for up to 4,300 Western Australian homes

On June 21, 2024, the WA Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative was launched to upgrade social housing properties across Western Australia. The initiative aims to reduce energy bills and keep homes cooler in summer for up to 4,300 households, with a joint investment of $63.2 million from the Australian and Western Australian Governments until 2027.
