"On 28/11/2024, the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security issued an update regarding Energy: MASE, energy-intensive regime for sectors or subsectors at risk of relocation. The updated provision sets terms and modalities for the submission of proposals by businesses or category associations to be admitted to the age-reduction regime for energy-intensive companies, including a report from an independent expert to demonstrate the risk of sectoral relocation due to high energy costs."
