On 16/12/2024, the Financial Intelligence Unit issued an update regarding Elimination of the deadline for requesting liquidation under the terms of the abbreviated procedure for the summary proceedings in progress. This modification eliminates the previously set deadline for subjects obligated and their board members to request liquidation through a transitional clause. The Resolution UIF 195/2024 comes into effect from the same date, allowing for effective compliance with ongoing proceedings.
