The consultation, open from April 3, 2024, to May 3, 2024, allows stakeholders to provide input on the plan's framework, goals, and research priorities. The plan aims to promote the advancement of ongoing research projects, develop new ones, and ensure continuity with the 2022-2024 plan. Two macro-objectives are central to the plan: "Decarbonization"" and ""Digitalization and Evolution of Networks"".
