The lawsuit alleges that six related entities operating Taco Bell restaurants in Michigan allowed a senior area manager to sexually harass female employees, including multiple teenage employees, and fired a local assistant manager who reported the misconduct, violating federal law under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
