ED, Patna has filed Supplementary Prosecution Complaint (PC) against M/s Aditya Multicom Private Limited and its Directors Jag Narayan Singh and Satish Kumar Singh and one associated entity namely Yash Raj Mineral, LLP before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Patna on 23.10.2024, under the provisions of PMLA, 2002. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 23.10.2024

"On 25/10/2024", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Patna has filed Supplementary Prosecution Complaint (PC) against M/s Aditya Multicom Private Limited and its Directors Jag Narayan Singh and Satish Kumar Singh and one associated entity namely Yash Raj Mineral, LLP before the Hon'ble Special Court (PMLA), Patna on 23.10.2024, under the provisions of PMLA, 2002. The Hon'ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 23.10.2024.

The investigation, initiated based on 26 FIRs registered by Bihar Police, revealed that M/s Aditya Multicom Private Limited was involved in illegal sand mining and its sale in districts Aurangabad and Rohtas, resulting in a loss of Rs 249.63 crore to the government exchequer.

Earlier search operations were conducted on June 5th and 7th, 2023, which led to the seizure/ freezing of approximately Rs 7.10 crore and attachment of properties worth around Rs 12.96 crore.

The Hon'ble Adjudicating Authority confirmed the attached properties and a prayer for their confiscation has been made before the Special Court (PMLA)."
