"On "07/02/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Mumbai Zonal Office has conducted search operations on 05.02.2025, under the FEMA, 1999 at five locations in Mumbai as part of an ongoing probe in the case of alleged fund diversion by Eros International Media Ltd and other entities of EROS group". Incriminating documents were seized during the search operation, including evidence of fictitious movie rights purchases to hide diverted funds. Further investigation is underway."
